For a group of business owners

For an MRC, a CAE, an association or a group of executives. One topic, one real case, in person.

For the organizer: before the session, each registered company completes the 3-minute self-assessment. You receive a portrait of the group, sector by sector, and the session starts from its real needs.

Group session
$1,500

90 minutes. One topic. One real case.

The first step. Each participant starts their foundation interview and documents one task on the spot.

In person, up to 10 companies. The organizer picks a topic from the menu. One participant agrees to present their case, which we prepare together before the session. I first show what it looks like at our place, then we work through their case in front of the group, and everyone applies it to their own company with a worksheet. Each participant leaves with a completed worksheet and a first action to take the following week.

Training plan provided: learning objectives, duration, participants, content, deliverables.

With each participant's consent, an individual follow-up in the following week.

If your organization paid for the session, the $1,500 is credited toward a workshop, a day or a diagnostic booked within 30 days.

Group workshop
$2,500

2.5 hours. One topic. We learn by doing.

The first step. The foundation interview and one documented task. Everyone leaves with their custom instructions.

In person, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. or from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m., up to 10 people. One topic from the menu and a real case prepared in advance. Then each participant learns to use a first tool by setting it up for their company, on their own computer, with my help. A week before, everyone receives the list of what to install so they arrive ready.

Also available to a company for its team.

Training plan provided: learning objectives, duration, participants, content, deliverables.

With each participant's consent, an individual follow-up in the following week.

The menu

One topic per session or workshop. Every topic has already been delivered at our place or with clients.

  1. Answer your customers in 11 seconds. Station Chêne Rouge's AI agent, demonstrated live.
  2. Dictate instead of typing. Voice as a work tool, with Wispr Flow. Each participant measures their own speed, on the keyboard and then by voice. My counter as of October 12, 2026: 279,314 words dictated, at 136 words per minute.
  3. Recover hours from admin work. Emails, meeting notes, follow-ups.
  4. Quotes that go out faster. From the customer's request to the proposal sent.
  5. Train and onboard an employee with AI. Procedures, manual, answers to common questions.
  6. Attract more customers. Your marketing in one hour a week.

For your company

At your place, with your team, on your real files.

In-company day
$3,500

5 hours. Your team. Tools they master.

The first step. The owner's foundation interview, then the company memory and three procedures with their approval rules.

A training day at your place, on your real files. Your team learns to work with AI by practicing on its own work. It leaves with a bank of structured prompts, a company memory and workflows it built itself and knows how to evolve. The knowledge stays in your company.

Training plan provided: learning objectives, duration, participants, content, deliverables.

Friction diagnostic
$5,000

Training needs analysis and roadmap

The first step. It starts with the leadership's foundation interview.

The day trains your team. The diagnostic delivers a decision. We analyze where your teams' time goes and what they need to learn: two or three use cases with obvious gains, a prioritized roadmap and a Quebec Law 25 plan. You leave with a written assessment you can commit budget to.

Deliverables: needs analysis, team AI skills review, prioritized training plan, Quebec Law 25 plan.

Training plan provided: learning objectives, duration, participants, content, deliverables.

Payable in two installments: 50% at the start, 50% when the written assessment is delivered.

Credited toward your training path if you continue: $5,000 of the $20,000.

90-day training path
Starting at $20,000

The full cycle, at your place.

The first step. The foundation for leadership, then for the team.

Three 30-day phases: analyze, train, embed. About 130 hours, preparation and work between visits included, with six days on site, alongside your champion teams. Usage governance, training, Quebec Law 25, and a dashboard of recovered hours you can present to your board. At the end, your teams have learned to run and evolve a governed system.

Training plan provided: learning objectives, duration, participants, content, deliverables.

Payable by phase. After the first phase, you can stop: you leave with your diagnostic paid for, with no further commitment.

Each format is a complete training: preparation on your data, facilitation, training plan and follow-up are included. Any addition is billed at $150 an hour.

After the training

The real test is what is still running a month later. Here is what happens after each format.

Session and workshop
The following week

With each participant's consent, an individual follow-up on the task chosen in session: what runs, what sticks, the next action.

In-company day
The following month

What your team built runs on its real files, with its approval rules, and one person keeps it up to date.

90-day training path
Over 90 days

Adoption is measured in hours recovered, on a dashboard you can present to your board. At the end, your team evolves the system without me.

What lowers your risk

  1. Before we start, you receive a written scope: what is delivered, when, and how it is measured.
  2. What you pay at one step is credited toward the next.
  3. The diagnostic is paid in two installments.
  4. The training path is paid by phase, with an exit after the first.
  5. Every format is linked to a real example you can read before deciding.

Funding

Training fees may be partly eligible for Services Québec's Workforce Training Measure (Mesure de formation de la main-d'œuvre). For each format, The Humans Lab provides the service offer and the training plan; the company files with its Services Québec office, and the business advisor sets the amount based on the project. An organization (CAE, CLD, association) that brings business owners together can also turn to DEC's Regional Artificial Intelligence Initiative.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. All formats are offered in person. Travel is included within 150 km of Bromont, which covers the Eastern Townships, Montérégie and Montreal. Beyond that, travel costs are extra. Hourly rate of $150 beyond the hours included in a training path.
